Advanced inorganic nonmetal nano ceramic wear resistance additives of lubricants: silicon nitride, silicon carbide, aluminium nitride

Silicon carbide, silicon nitride and aluminium nitride nano powder are produced by Plasma Arc Vapor Synthesis technology & reactor patented by our company- Hefei Kaier Nano-meter Technology and Development Limited Company.


They used as additives of lubricants are based on inertia solid materials of silicon carbide, silicon nitride, aluminium nitride, using lubricant as carrier to act on surfaces of work. These additives can be activated to repair the damage position under conditions of high temperature and extreme pressure, at the same time forming the permeating protection film which can insulate the work and reduce the attrition, protect the works.


1, the theory of antiwear additives of inorganic nonmetal nano ceramic is:


The additives can melt to be a system with many kinds of synthesized engine oil, gear oil, lubricating oil or grease, and transfer to the grinding metal surfaces with the movement of machine and permeate firmly to the dent and tiny hole of surfaces to form nanometer protection film which can reduce friction dramatically under conditions of high temperature and extreme pressure.


2, repair abrasion function of inorganic nonmetal nano ceramic:


Tradition lubricating oil and grease only defer the abrasion; Antiwear additives of chemical film have big side effect, great dependent properties, so them can prick up the abrasion of engine consequently.


3, function of inorganic nonmetal nano ceramic


They can reduce and repair abrasion; save fuel by 15-35%; extend the period of oil change; prolong the using life by 2-3 times; reduce the let of exhaust gas and injurant by 20-70%; clear away amassing charcoal, dirty, chemical film and so on.
