SDD700 Automatic Album Page Making Machine is a specialized equipment of file , business card and photo album making.

Features:

1. Highly roboticized: Plastic film rolls in and completed album pages out with 2,4 ,6,8 or more pockets completed on both sides.
2. This machine is for 3-layer photo, card and other file album making. From film web
into completed product, all are completed in the machine automatically. Matches needs of modern industry.
3 . Computerised the length setting, control and production speed control.
4 . Three units of EPC (edge position control) for automatic edge position control. .
5. Imported servo control system to insure top accuracy and stability.

Work Method:

It is to put 1 transparent film onto each side of 1 opaque plastic and then weld 3 sides with ultrasonic high frequency weave or heat sealing bars.
