BG.Bank instruments
This is the procedure , pls read carefully... once buyer submites LOI/FPA/PP copy/CIS/Non-sol letter and pass compliance, bank will send the certified invoice first..as there is no POF required.
On buyer approval i will send the Draft LOI or contract immedeately...
We are selling seasoned BG's with the following procedure , price is 87+1
Bank will give invoice upfront after buyer goes thru compliance by submitting LOI,FPA,CIS,NON-SOL LETTER..
Procedure
1. The Seller bank shall issue the Invoice, together with full corporate or personal banking coordinates, to the Buyer. The Invoice shall include, but not be limited to, Issuing Bank(s), Dates of Issue and Maturity, Text of Instruments, Full Bonding Power and all relevant Information.
2. The Buyer shall sign the Invoice by hand and shall return it to the Seller either via fax or e-mail. Seller shall countersign and return to the Buyer. Both parties shall lodge the Invoice with their bank.
3. Within three (3) banking days (at Buyer's bank) from receipt of the fully executed Invoice, the Buyer shall cause his bank to issue the Conditional SWIFT MT103 to the Seller's Bank as per text attached. The Invoice shall be considered invalid and void if the MT 103 Conditional has not been issued as stated hereabove. Upon issuance, copy of the SWIFT message must be forwarded to the Seller by fax at .
4. Within five (5) banking days (at Seller's and/or issuing bank) from receipt of such MT 103 Conditional SWIFT payments by Seller's bank, the Seller shall cause the bank to transfer the instrument in Buyer's name to the Buyer's account by SWIFT MT 760.
5. Upon receipt of the MT 760 by Buyer's bank, Buyer's bank must immediately verify and authenticate the instrument and the full Invoice payment of eighty seven (87%) of the face value of the instrument must be irrevocably and automatically released to the Seller's designated bank account as per instructions listed herein
