Cylinder Liners are for automobile Trucks, Tractors & Passenger Cars, Compressors
Sleeves are for Industrial, Construction segment.
Tiger Power Cylinder Liners are ground to very fine surface finish of 1 mRa with a tolerance of 25 Microns.

Phosphated liners : For certain applications, Phosphated liners are offered where an inert, crystalline coating is achieved to prevent seizure, improve wear resistance, reduce tear and scuffing during running. This also helps in rust / Corrosive prevention throughout its life.

Ductile Iron Sleeves / Ring Castings
"Tiger Power" has added one more diamond to its crown by starting the manufacturing of Ductile Iron Sleeves which are being used for Racing, Heavy & Industrial applications. These Sleeves are also machined to a surface finish of 1 mRa and with a tolerance of 25 Microns.

"Tiger Power" Ductile Iron Sleeves are of normalised Pearlitic, Ferritic matrix or as per customer requirements. These Sleeves have a hardness of 240-290 BHN. "Tiger Power" Ductile Iron Sleeves are available with tensile strengths of 60,000/75,000/1,00,000 Psi. "Tiger Power" Sleeves and Rings has NODULE count Above 400.

Valve Seat Inserts: "Tiger Power" Valve Seat Inserts are ground to a surface finish of 0.80 mRa on its Outer dia and with in a tolerance of 20 microns. Microstructure: "Tiger Power" Valve Seat Inserts has the Microstructure Pearlitic in Sorbic matrix with fine chromium Carbides uniformly distributed in the matrix. The "Tiger Power" Valve Seat Inserts are available with hardness at 30-35 HRC and 40-45 HRC for Heavy-duty/Industrial applications.

Valve Guides :"Tiger Power" Valve Guides are ground to a surface finish of 0.80 mRa on it's outer dia within a tolerance of 13 microns. "Tiger Power" Valve Guides are also provided with Thread and Spiral in its inner dia to retain oil for long time. Thus increases the life of both Valve Guide and the Valve. "Tiger Power" Valve Guides has microstructure of Pearlitic matrix with 5% maximum free Carbides and 10% maximum Steadite in cellular or discontinuous form. "Tiger Power" Valve Guides has a hardness of 210-260 BHN due to Molybdenum.

ALFIN PISTON INSERTS
These are used in manufacturing of pistons with Ring groove inserts. These Ni Resist rings with high Nickel percentage, are cast in the piston by metallurgical bonding. This is particularly resistant to wear due to friction pounding. This is advantageous at high operating temperatures and pressures.

NON FERROUS
We can produce any sort of centrifugal (or) components made with centrifugal technology in Brass (Bushes), Copper, Gunmetal, Aluminum etc.
