White or light yellow powder, it is sweet and poisonous, with specific gravity 6.1g/cm3, and refractive index 2.25.It is indissoluble in water and all organic solvent, soluble in nitric acid and hydrochloric acid. Its color will turn black at 200C and yellow at 450C. It has much super specific properties, such as high thermal stability, good weatherability and super insulation and it is also can resist oxidation and shield Ultraviolet (UV)
