DIN Internally and Externally Galvanized Steel Tube with High Precision
Synopsis of Process Routing: DIN highly accurate, cold drawn and bright seamless steel tube is used as the tube to be internally and externally galvanized. The inner and outer wall of tube  areelectroplate, and/or passivated with military green after galvanizing. The caps are used to cover two ends of tube to prevent from the dust. .
Main Features: the inner and outer walls of tube are galvanized and/or passivated which have remarkable properties of antirust and anticorrosion. The zinc white, color zinc (zinc yellow) and passivation with military green can be realized.Note: the length of tube is not exceeded 3m.
Main Features of passivation: High anti corrosive performance, Salt spray testing as per GB/T10125,Testing times for 240 houses,with not rusting.
Main Application: used in military industry, automotive and locomotive industries and in the case where the high antirust and anticorrosion for inner and outer tube walls are required.

Shanghai Tian Yang Steel Tube Co.,Ltd. is a modern enterprise for tube making which is specialized to make the seamless steel tube of DIN series featured with high accuracy and brightness.
The company is situated in Qianqiao Town, Fengxian District of Shanghai. The geographic location of company has a great advantage of access ? convenient traffic is available ? only 2 km away from the two major roads of Shanghai City, namely, Puxing Highway and charging booth of A30 Highway. Puxing Highway is directly connected to Xupu Bridge, A20 Outer Ring Highway, Lupu Bridge, Inner Ring Highway and S-N Elevated Road and the other ? A30 Highway is easy of approach to Shanghai?Nanjing Express Way, Shanghai?Hangzhou Express Way and Pudong International Airport of Shanghai. The shuttle coach departed from the People?s Square in downtown (Xing-an Road) and running on Huhai Traffic Route is passing through the company gate where the stop station is set.
　　The company has an area of 17 000 m2, in which 8000 m2 was stood by buildings, 4000 m2 was planted with trees and flowers, 3000 m2 was laid as path and 2000 m2 was dug as pond. The plant buildings are standing highly and straightly, path is neat and clean, afforestation and environment protection are highlighting of the company. Wandering about in company, birds singing, flowers in full bloom, golden fish jumping, earth covered with green lawn and trees stood all along the line ?plant in garden as you are feeling.
　　The wealth of company is the staff with highly educated and richly experienced people and the employees of spirited, career loving and united person. To pay respect to the intellectual and being eager for the talent, the company has recruited, trained and introduced the different talents to the relevant working positions during past few years. The total number of employees is up to 126, of which the management staff is 21, works are 105. One chief engineer (with the glorious title of Laboring Model of Shanghai), one economist and seven persons with the senior professional titles, intermediate and/or junior are in company?s management body. Twelve persons are professional inspectors in quality.
　　The seamless steel tubes made by company are based on the DIN EN (DIN2391) Standard. The hot rolled seamless tube produced by Shanghai Baosteel Company is used as transfer bar of our company. The finished product is made with the exclusive process of cold drawing and/or cold rolling of our company. The steel tube is featured with high precision and high brightness. Because of using the exclusively nonoxidizable process of bright heat treatment, the inner and outer walls have high cleanness without oxidized surface. The tube has the excellent mechanical properties, resulting in no leakage under the high pressure, no deformation after cooling bent and no seam after flaring and pressing in different applications.
　　Currently, the company owns four modern production lines configured with combined equipments from China and abroad, and has the complete set of inspection and testing equipments. The annual capacity is up to 12000 tons.
　　The products of our company have been extensively used as a substitute of the imported steel tubes with the same standard for apploeation in varieties of industries, such as hydraulic system, automobile fabrication, military industry, engineering, locomotive, aircraft, shipbuilding, plastic injection molding, pressure mold, machine tool, diesel, petrochemical industry, power station, boiler, etc. And the good comments have been obtained from the customers.
　　At the same time when the achievement is obtained, the company has continued to improve the management in quality, carried out in depth the quality management system of ISO9001 inside the enterprise. The investment is putting into the scientific resevcs&develogmu for New techniques and products are developing. Specially, the service consciousness for customer is strengthened. 　　In 2002, the company?s product was stepped into the international market at the first time and exported successfully to the Germany where the DIN standard was established. Nowadays, the steel tube has been exported to more than twenty countries and regions such as South Korea, Japan, Greece, South Africa, Turkey, Singapore, Spain, USA, Canada and Taiwan. At the beginning of 2004, company was granted the right of self-support import and export business. The export business accounts to 50% of the total business of company. The product has won the good reputation in international market.
