#AUTOMATIC VACUUM SHAPE MOLDING MACHINES
The system is fully automatic and easy to operate due to the efficient and simplified design developed for less work in maintenance and easy exchange of moulds.
No hose type of steam and drain are excellent in draining and also able to be used with hose type machine.
Material injection by air pressure prevents the defects, while provides you with time saving and less air consumption.
Drying in short term and fast operation cycle by vacuum freeze drying
Main use of the finished products are in packaging of electronics, sea products, agricultural products.

#AUTOMATIC VACUUM BLOCK/BOARD MOLDING MACHINES
Producing various size of EPS, EPP, EPE block or board that used for insulation purpose mainly in the construction field.
This machine is new, fully modified and improved for reducing the cycle time and energy consumjption.
The vacuum cooling system reduces 30-40% of the production cost than the common water-cooling system. The vacuum tank is designed to hold high vacuum capacity and needs quite less area in installation.
Full automatic system requires only setting of instruction in the start of the operation

#AUTOMATIC VACUUM PRESSURE EXPANDING MACHINES
Pre-Expanding of EPS raw-materials as per the repuired foam ratio for the second process under the accurate control and measurement of the system.
Aging term of the Pre-Expanded material required is only for 30 minutes that the aging silo and drier are not required in the machine.
Electronic scale allows exact weighting from 0 to 20kg with accuracy of 25g per weighting.
Exact expansion ratio controlled by photo cell contribute optimal expansion.
Sturdy frame mostly made of stainless steel and efficient energy saving structure


#BLOCK MOULDING MACHINE
Various shape with precise processing. Light and convenient type for easy control
Koflux Coating(ICI) AL frame is excellent in anti-corrosion and bearing of heat.
Thin and strong frame advanced the thermal conductivity and the life.
Maintenance is much easier than the common AL cast frame.
