Product Name: E-Glass Needled Mat
Place of Origin: China

Features:
1) Made by chopped E-glass roving and then puffed, carded and needled
2) Thickness: 2 ~ 25mm
3) Density: 96kg/m3, 128kg/m3, 160kg/m3, 200kg/m3
4) Length per roll: 10 ~ 30m
5) Stand temperature: 664°C
6) Heat conductive coefficient: ≤0.038W/(mk)
7) Free of any binder, it is a good material for heat preservation and sound absorption


E-type fiber glass needled mat
Characteristics:
1. inorganic, non-combustibility, excellent insulation material.
2. no water absorption, non-corrosive, non-mildew, high stable chemical properties.
3. low moisture absorbent ,high water retention, preventing dew condensation efficiency.
4. high tensile strength, stability, high recovery rate after compression.
5. good anti-aging and superior electric property, superior thermal insulation material.
6. max service temperature E-type 700℃.
7. large number of minute air spaces, excellent sound absorption.
Application:
1. building: for roofing, flooring, and wall thermal and acoustical insulation , guarantee the building object be the energy-saving type.
2. aviation and space flight: thermal and acoustic insulation for thin panel and nail-board by fire-proofing fabrics, used for the thermal insulation and sound absorption of engine system, absorption material of gas engine device exhaust passages.
