Plastic industry, is one of the most rapid developing of our period’s industry. The products obtained by way of injection method keep an important place in our daily life.

Since the date 1969 it was established, in our company which focused on plastic spool and plastic electrode box production in various dimensions besides plastic directed to automotive spare part market and metal parts, were are proud and have the honor of covering 38 years by continuing plastic fan production in highest quality directed to automotive and cooling industry more than 25 years. 

As Torsan family, we declare that we will response to your special requests with our special solutions in capacity to your all kinds of requests with on time production principle at injection and sheet metal molding, injection technologies, extrusion technologies, press technologies and sheet metal molding.    

Our company makes plastic and drilling-cutting moulds for the special orders coming from the market and performs part production at injection.

All kinds of inspections are made accurately in our company from raw material up to quality control providing service with three main parts as molding shop, pressing shop and manufacturing in its own building having 2000 m² covered area.  

› Manufacturing in our molding shop consists of two stages. Firstly the design of the product to be manufactured are made by Unigraphics and put in to production and provides service with in time and quality production. There are CNC borer machines in our factory.

› There are plastic Injection Machines with computer equipment in our company that can make press from 10 gr to 5000 gr,  in our factory.

› There are hydraulic and eccentric presses in various tonnages in our press shop.

›There is  â€œ ISO 9001:2000 â€� Quality Management Certificate in our company and the requirements of the system are applied accurately.

› Our company which has qualified staff trained in its field is in the effort of providing better service to its customers after today as it was up to day.
