Ferrous Fumarate, Ferric Sodium Edetate FCC

Ferrous Fumarate (Food Grade): it is orange or brown powder, which can be lightly dissolved in water and ethanol. Its molecular formular is C4H2FeO4 and molecular weight is 169.89. Ferrous Fumarate application: it is widely applied in food and beverage industry, and the adding amount should be in accordance with the requirements of GB14880-94 and GB2760.

Ferric Sodium Edetate (Food Grade): it is yellow or light yellow powder and can be dissolved in water. Its molecular formula is C₁₀H₁₂O₈NaFe.3H₂O and molecular weight 421.10.

Ferric Sodium Edetate application: it can be widely used in food, health product, diary product and medicine. It is a very ideal product for enriching iron.
