Preface:

Using new type flame retardant and new type flame-retarding material in the field of national economy meets the instruction from the central government on “nipping a thing in the bud�. The premise of ensuring the safety of life of peoples and resources of the state is a preventive measure that is earlier than fire fighting measure and it is not necessary for domestic and international market to doubt such demand.

Flame-retarding industry of our country developed by leaps and bounds in past twenty years, the output of flame retardant has reached more than 1/5 globally and the flame-retarding technology of many high polymers are close to internationally advanced level. Fire Control Law of our country was promulgated, international mandatory standard on flame-retarding carried out and “Requirements and mark on burning behavior of flame-retarding products and subassemblies in public place� will be launched by the end of 2006, which will be certainly developed into legal behavior in our country to compel to use flame-retarding material and plays a huge promoting role in the flame-retarding industry of our country by its mandatory implementation.

The first International Exhibition for New Technology and New Material of Flame-retarding was grandly held on August 9-11, 2006 in Shanghai World Trade Business Town and attracted nearly three thousand professional personages to visit within as short as three days to present unprecedented pomp. The exhibition has an area of more than 3800m², and exhibits flame retardant, flame-retarding material, flame-retarding textile and relevant products of Europe, U.S.A, Japan, Italy, South Korea, Germany, Denmark, Hongkong and Chinese mainland, and meanwhile, they also represent new technology, new products and latest development trend of international flame-retarding industry and arouse resonance inside industry.

Advance with the times, so market is the soil for the enterprise to exist. On the request of domestic and foreign enterprises, “the Second Industry Exhibition for International New Type Flame-retarding Technology and Flame-retarding Material of China� is to be held in the largest exhibition hall in Asia (Shanghai New International Exhibition Center). Auxiliary of flame-retarding: new type flame retardant, anti-fog, anlistatig, antimicrobial agent, ultraviolet stabilizer and other auxiliaries and flame-retarding materials.

Flame-retarding materials: flame-retarding textile, flame-retarding fiber, flame-retarding decoration material, flame-retarding carpet, flame-retarding blanketry, flame-retarding fabric, flame-retarding lumber, decoration board, soft foam/hard foam of flame-retarding polyurethane, products after flame-retarding; flame-retarding/fire proof coating, plastic of flame-retarding engineering, flame-retarding wire cable material, flame-retarding insulation material, new fire proof material, new flame-retarding material and relevant auxiliary materials and so on.

Fees for standard stand: Including exhibition place, 9m² carpet, 2.5m-high-wainscot, making fascia; one desk for discussion, two chairs, 220V socket for power supply, two daylight lamps. Raw space fees include: exhibition space, public security and cleaning service.

►   Conference fee: RMB 800/person (for material, lunch, souvenir of conference)

►   Minimum rent of space is 36m², exclusive of any fittings, so participants shall pay m² as building up fees and electric box fees separately; fill in application form and fax or mail to our organizing committee after affixing seal. Please remit or hand in fees (50% or total) within three days of application to China Flame Retardant Society Exhibition Office.

►   Dispatch of stands follows principle of: “first application, first payment, and first arrangementâ€�. Participants shall fax the bank document to organizing committee after remitting all fees for check. 

►   Sponsor will send “Exhibition Brochureâ€� to participants after receiving “Application Formâ€� and all remittance. In case participants give up this exhibition after registration, earnest won’t be paid back.

Proceedings of a conference

Proceedings of the conference will be sent to domestic and foreign peer industry and relevant units by sponsor besides to competent department, relevant associations and businessmen for exhibition.
