Physical and Chemical Properties: White powder with slightly bitter taste; Insoluble in water, and very slightly soluble in hydrous methanol and ethanol; Melting point: 280～285℃;

Safety

No heavy mental and residue and 320 kinds of pesticide residue (Appendix4-5，Analysis report on heavy metal and pesticide residue of Ginsenoside Rg3 CY3-0612268 and CY1-0612152 Janpan-QingDao Research Institute of Food safety, 2006) The acute toxicity test, subacute toxicitytest, long-term toxicity test and reproduction toxicity test have proved that the material of ginsenoside Rg3 is safe and non-toxic.( Appendix 6. Ø        Anti-fatigue

Cinsenoside Rg3 has clear anti-fatigue function.(Appendix 9: Safety evaluation report, West China School of Public Health Sichuan University)

Ø        High activity

In immune improvement aspect, the activity of ginsenoside Rg3 is 166 times than normal ginsenosides. (Appendix 10: effect of Ginsenoside Rg3 on immune function of animals, Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry, 1997)

Ø        Quick absorption
