Re:Five (5) years contract supply of Grey PortLand Cement in 50Kg bags.

We are contract coomercial services Company engaged in the procurements and award execution of major contracts awards by various West africa National and state Governments on commission basis.

Based on the above premise,we have been mandated by the Nigeria public Utility Commission to source for competent Company/individual that cam handle five years contract supply of GREY PORTLAND CEMENT IN 50KG BAGS FOB TO NIGERIA,strictly based on the following terms and conditions;

PROCEDURE.
1.Applicant supplier issues a leeter of intent/LOI stating that he is competent to handle this five years contract supply per this procedure.
2.Applicant supplier issues an FOB price + 10% proforma invoice/PI.Both LOI +Pi addressed to and as follows;

NIGERIA PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION

3.Upon receipt of applicant supplier's LOI +PI,it will be submitted by us to the Director/Chairman of the commission for their approval or disqualification.If your LOI + Pi is approved the Nigeria Public utility Commission will issue you a PURCHASE ORDER NOTE/CONTRACT AWARD CERTIFICATE.
4.Applicant Supplier will then be advised the commission's overseas correpondent payment bank details for such applicant supplier to open an online bank account,and such online bank account with same bank must be activated for advance credit of the 100% FOB PROFORMA INVOICE value in favour of the applicant contractor supplier,for further retransfer by applicant contractor supplier to his / her home country Bank account to commence shipments.
