Hebei Pingxiang Machine Co., Ltd. founded in 1958,is one of the largest foundry and machine shop in North China. Our unique,skilled and experienced quality control system for all steps including purchasing raw materials,moulding,melting,shot blasting and finishing ensure our gray iron and ductile iron castings the excellent feature of STABLE MATERIALS,SMOOTH SURFACE AND GOOD FINISH.Materials are DIN,ASTM,JIS,GB,and Cr-Mo-Cu low-alloy wear-resisting cast iron.Manual moulding and Machine moulding for Furan resin sand cast line,Vacuum sand cast line and Green sand cast line.Unit weight range from 1kg to 2,000kg/pc.Margin tolerance from IT 9 to IT 11. The castings are used for passenger/freight elevator/escalator parts, excavator parts,decelerating machine parts,food packaging machine parts,refrigerating machine parts, pump parts,valve parts, flange, and other machine tools and machinery parts.
