Melamine edge banding


Melamine Edge Banding
Melamine edge banding is manufactured with specialty dΓ©cor paper, which is printed with woodgrain pattern, uni-color or abstract images. The printed paper is then impregnated with melamine resin and finally coated with a layer of water based lacquer. Melamine edge banding is applied with edge banding machine and normal commercial glue.

Pre-glued Melamine edge banding (hot-melt glue) is also available upon request. Pre-glued melamine edge banding can be applied on substrates simply with an iron.

Single Layer, easy to trim, firm lamination,
Resistant to high temperature, scratch, moisture and stain,
Adjustable flexibility,
Friendly to the environment.

Width: 14 – 45 mm or upon customer request.
Base Paper Weight: 170 – 190 gsm
Packing: rolls in export cartons. 300-400 meter/roll.
Storage: Cool and Dry (19-21 Celsius degree, 40-60% air humidity)
Shelf Life: 6 months & above
Delivery Leadtime: 3 weeks

Printing Width: 1230 – 1250 mm
Base Paper Weight: 70 – 80 gsm
Packing: Wrapped with plastic foil and craft paper in rolls. 500 – 1000 meter/roll.
