HEARTMAN CO.,LTD. established in 1965, is a manufacturer the fuel injection equipments for marine & stationary diesel engines(nozzle, plunger ass'y, f.o/exh/intake cam and various kinds of valve).It is equipped with precise processing technologies and production facilities, such as nozzle tip and automatic processing equipment.Since the establishment, it has been supplying its products to shipping industry, fisheries and power stations.In 1993, it was selected as a cooperative company with Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. and supplied injection body of medium size diesel engine, fuel pump, cam of exhaust and fuel.We always appreciate your kind consideration and advice. Our product, nozzle tip which is the core of injection equipment for marine diesel sprays with fuel that become to high pressure. This precision equipment have manufactured in German, Japan, America but after success to develop we are exporting them around world.We are producing nozzle tips made of CRN 18 special steel.Rough surface generated while processing injecting hole and internal oil pocket part is ground by electrolytic machine.This makes oil flow smooth. We are also conducting ion nitrogen process in order to enhance the strength of surface.This improves the effectiveness of wear proof and extend life span of nozzle tips.
