PP/PET strap band extrusion line 8-20mm

PET (Polyester ) Strapping band is a new alternative of steel strap.

strength, good break strength, good elongation percentage, good impact
load and aggressive media stability.  Also it has light weight, never
rust etc characters, it is becoming more and more popular in packing
fields.

It has being increasingly used for
strapping medium and heavy loads in place of steel strapping. It can
also be used in the field of plastic straps where high tensile strength
is required like stone packing, wooden cases packing, fruit packaging,
paper packaging and many other packaging purpose.

Both PP strap production line and PET strap
poduction line can adopt 100% recycle material, so that the production
cost can be greatly reduced.

Also we can supply PET flakes machine to
recycle waste PET bottles and make PET flakes. With this machine you
can produce PET material by yourself through collecting waste bottle
with very cheap price and don't need to buy expensive material from
other suppliers.

For PP strap production line, the screw of
our machine has gas outlet so that you can use all kinds of recycled PP
material, also you can use crusher to crush the waste PP straps during
the course of production and put the material into the hopper again, so
that it will no waste will be left for production.
