We are one of the leading manufacturers of Polypropylene Staple Fibre Extrusion Lines in the world and curently have the following specification line available for sale:
1. One volumetric feeding unit consisting of one polymer and one colourant.
2. One 120mm x 35 LD extruder.
3. One 120mm 2-way filter system - electric.
4. One spinning beam, oil hated with four 70cc spinning pump feed to
spinning heads.
5. Four circular spinning heads with spinnerette for delta and round
cross-section suitable for 6 to 33 d'tex fibre.
6. Hot oil boiler for spinning section.
7. Quench air system with 4 fans.
8. Fume extraction system for each spinning head.
9. Four heated roller 1st godet.
10. Four meter hot air stretch oven.
11. Seven cold roller 2nd godet.
12. Four meter hot air relax oven.
13. Seven roller 3rd godet.
14. 160mm Crimping machine.
15. J-box.
16. Spin finish applicator.
17. Staple fibre cutting machine with cutting wheels for various cut lengths.
18. 200-ton double box baling machine.
