Our Company Mareks Ltd., is  a manufacturer with strong process capabilities who offers cost effective and high quality aluminium die cast parts and injection moulded plastic parts . Our  main specialization area covers parts and components for a variety of industries such as  automotive,  household electrical appliances, electronics, machinery, construction , military and  medical equipment. We pride ourselves on offering our customers a  complete range of in-house capabilities , including design and manufacture of dies and moulds, pressure die casting, injection moulding,  heat treating, machining, surface finishing and painting. In our modern facility  we have 7 cold chamber die cast machines (1 80 tons  to 750 tons), able to cast parts from 0.10 kg to 14.0 kg within the size range of 10 cm2 to 1250 cm2;  two injection moulding machines ( 1 80 tons  and 250 tons) , vertical and horizantal CNC machining centers, wire and sinker EDM’s, CNC lathes and a full range of conventional machines. In our quality control laboratory, we also have a complete line of  measurement and test equipment which includes 3 dimensional measuring device, spectrometer , hardness  tester and  many other conventional equipment. We always assure our customers of high manufacturing quality guaranteed by in process and final inspections.  Our company is certified to ISO 9001:2000 granted by RW TUV.
