Rapid-setting High-strength Calcium Sulfoaluminate Cement(CSA Cement)

Calcium Sulfoaluminate Cement has excellent performance of fast hardening, impermeability, low alkali, frost and corrosion resistance, etc.

Main mineral components in CSA Cement are Anhydrous Calcium Sulphoaluminate (4CaO?3Al2O3?CaSO4), Dicalcium Silicate (2CaO?SiO2), Gypsum (CaSO4?2H2O). The Lime in CSA Cement is bonded, not Free Lime.
CSA Cement has high early strength. Its performance of fast hardening, impermeability, frost and corrosion resistance is more excellent than those of Portland Cement. It has a remarkable effect on restraining alkali aggregate reaction. Its alkali is lower. PH value is only 10.5-11.

CSA Cement is special fit for making GRC(glassfibre reinforce cement) products. Moreover, it is widely used in making concrete with performance of impermeability, frost and sulfates corrosion resistance, precast component, pole, pipe and manmade marble goods.

With excellent quality, desirable performance and competitive price our CSA Cement has been using in many large building engineering such as sea wall, expressway, airport runway, bridge.

Calcium sulphoaluminate cement (Low alkalinity)
Compared with other types of cements, it has obviously quick-hardening, early strength, also has low alkalinity, small expansion rate, fast stability, non-deformation on shrinkage, high retention rate of combined strength with glass fiber and long life. It is exclusive cement of GRC products.
Application:
Used for various light weight combined mould board, ventilation, European relief, various kinds of components, heavy rack, the shelf board of network and other small-scale building ornaments etc.
