Sanding Machines

The features of our sanding machines:

1.       The general framework od the machine is large, durable and stable. The side grooved steel of the machine 1300 is 25^# , 18^# for machine 1000 and 16^# for machine 630, which is quite stable (the other companies usually using 20^#, 16^#, 14^# correspondingly).

2.       Thanks to the automatic dust-blowing device¡ªphotoelectric board, the problem of the breaking of the sandbelt caused by blocking of too much dust can be well-avoided, which is the sole case in China(as known usually one sanding belt will cost over 150 RMB, about 20 USD.)

3.       The conveyor belt has adopted the brand of German Siegling.

4.       All the photoelectric devices are Korean original imported Autonics infrared photo sensors.

5.       The swing and control device is Taiwan SHAKO Phneumatic Valves, which can be used for over 50 million times.

6.       The main motors we used is one of the four exporting motors giants¡ªHuali Group.

7.       All the equipment has installed NO.5 Return Circuit Error Display devices.

8.       All the machines have been equipped with automatic protecting units when the power is off and automatic descending protection devices.

9.       The conveyor bed is granite, which is much more durable and will never become deformed.
