The U.S. Bioterrorism law went into effect
12-12-2003. We can register your food faciltiy
with US FDA and act as your United States regulatory Agent as required by this new law.
References available.
We also offer US FDA Prior Notice services which
are required on ocean shipments not sooner than
5 days prior to arrival and not later than 8 hours
before arrival.
WARNING:
Failure to comply with all 3 will result in your food exports being denied US entry after 12-12-2003.
