Dear Sir:
Now,please let me take the chance to introduce our company and products.
We are new special steel factory set up in 1993,which is of $7,000,000 property and has the annual production of 30,000 tons,50,000 tons,20,000 tons respectively for steel ball,hot rolled plate and collection of leaf spring .There are more than 400 employers including 56 engineers and technicians.The annual sales volume is $40,000,000.
We are the first factory which produce steel ball with hot rolling principle in China and also is a member of china bearing industry association.
The two mainly export products as follow:
I.Series of steel ball.
1.Hot rolled semifinished bearing steel ball,whose material is GCr15.
characters:
A.no shearing process ,saving material.
B.no semi collar,saving time for grinding.
C.to compare with the semifinished product with cold forged process ,the life span of finished products will improve 30%.
D.bearing the certificate awarded by china bearing industry association.
2.Hot rolled grinding ball for mining and power plant.material:70#,65Mn.
characters:
A.with hot rolled process,having smoothy surface and close initialstructure.poundresisting, wearproof,anticorrupt,compare with forged steel ball ,the life span will increase 50%.
B.the average hardness is high than HRC 60, the broken rate is 0.5% under the destroy test(20,000 times shocking from 4.5 meters height.)
This series of products have been exported to American,France and Southeast Asia countries and regions.
II.Series of leaf spring for automobile.
We mainly made this series products according to the drawing avoided by foreign partner.
The products will be produced in batch process after the foreign partner's confirmation ,we also can design and produce all kinds of equal section and changeable section collection for kinds of automobiles.
Materials:60Si2Mn,55SiMnVb,the whole quality is superior to Qan29035-91 standard.
Now the series of products have been selled to America,South Korea and Japan.
