Tyre Retread Processing Line

Traditionally, the cool-retreading-method is to vulcanize under high tempreture only one tyre at a time. This method can only process bias belted tyre, cannot process steel cord tyres. The common problem for this method is the break-away of the new tyre part from the main part because high tempreture does great damage to the whole tyre material. This method has been commonly eliminated around the world.

Currently, the most popular to retread worn tyres is the pre-vulcanization method, also called cool-retreading-technology. The tyres have to be packed before vulcanization. Here the tempreture is far lower than traditionally way. In this method, tyres can be retread repeatedly without damage, either bias belted tyres or steel cord tyres can both be processed. Several tyres can be vulcanized together at a time in one container. This greatly improved the flexibility and durability of the tyre.
