This mandate has multiple suppliers- ie other deals detailed below from this mandate include the HMS1&2 30k x 12 @ $280, HMS1&2 60k x 12 @ $310, UR 60k x 12 @ $243 with $5 comm, & 120k x 36 @ $215.

Non Tferable LC - Irrevocable, Auto-revolving, confirmed, DLC, 100% at sight of shipment against receipt of all documents, SGS at place of loading, Origin- Europe/Asia at seller option.
2% PB after receipt of non operative Lc from buyer. Yard visit allowed after buyer issue MT799. USA supplier. Or seller can issue 2% PB in advance, yet buyer needs 3% escrow, and if buyer not issue LC within 5 days of seller issuing PB, the 3% will belong to the seller.
also this mandate has a transferable LC supplier.
