Wide Range Of THREADED FASTENERS



Our company is an distributor of most products on the Romanian market. One of our products are the standard threaded fastners maded from International standards like SR-ISO, SR-EN, DIN, ISO, UNI and also by custom made items.
The products are aimed at:
- AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY – the items are maded generally to grades 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, with protective chemical or thermal coatings, with browned, phosphating and zinc electroplating.
- ELECTRIC POWER INDUSTRY – the items for this range are standardised products as well as special products. The most requested standard products are to grades 5.6, 5.8, 6.9, 8.8 and have a high quality of hot dip galvanising (adherence, continuity, minimum thickness) and the rigurously guarantee of mechanical properties.
- HEAVY-EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY – this product range, generally has a large dimensional range (M14÷M36) with lenghts over 200mm. According to their final use, these threaded fasteners are divided in two categories: safety products used on engines, gear boxes, clutch, wheels and common products that are not used on safety areas.
- CIVIL ENGINEERING – the products are a special group used on metal parts of highways, railways, buildings and bridges. The protective coating is generally hot dip galvanising.
- CHEMICAL AND OIL INDUSTRY – the products are standard studs, special threaded rods, hexagon socket head cap screw, hexagon nut manufactured by cold forging or by cut with rolled or cut threads, metric thread or inch thread. These products are generally manufactured from carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels intended to work in special condition and are available by protective coating and zinc electroplating.
- NUCLEAR POWER INDUSTRY – the items are manufactured according to the CZAZ2993 and NRAQ 04/93 type 3.
- ELECTRONIC AND DOMESTIC GOODS INDUSTRY – the products for this range of activity have small sizes (M3÷M8) and are manufactured with accuracy to meet the specific requirements.
- WOOD AND FURNITURE INDUSTRY – this products has a wide range but in small dimensions with metric threads and special wood threads and are available with protective coatings: chemically or thermally browned finishing and white, yellow or black zinc electroplating. Representative are screws with different types of necks, with different types of heads, with cross recessed, with slotted head, with hexagon socket.
The special products used in these fields of activity have been designed and have been improved in cooperation with customers to solve specific requirements for each category.
