The soap base can be produced by kettle saponification or continuous saponification of oil and fats. The liquid soap is vacuum dried. The soap noodles obtained is added with perfume, anti-oxidation agent etc. in a mixer, then goes through milling and plodding system to form toilet soap or laundry soap of different shapes and formulations. The whole plant includes oil and fats refining unit, saponification unit, vacuum drying unit, finishing line and packaging section. Three kinds of plants can be supplied according to the required bulk density of product powder. 1. Plant with spray drying tower: The final product detergent powder from this kind of plant will have bulk density of 0.25 to 0.35. 2. Plant with agglomerator: mainly for producing high-density detergent powder with bulk density of 0.45 to 0.80. 3. Plant with both spray drying tower and agglomerator: combination of the technical advantages of above two kinds of plants, capable of producing both low-density and high-density detergent powders by one plant. PTFE Gaskets
Pure PTFE Gasket is made by cutting PTFE stick, pipe and sheet into flat shape, v shape gasket or valve annulus. It has 100% PTFE structure. It can bear the most bitter chemical medium, and has good anti-creeping performance.
PTFE Envelope Gasket consists of asbestos, non-asbestos, rubber etc. cushion material having exposed surface covered with PTFE envelope. Depends on excellent corrosion resistance and compressive resilient, it is widely used in strong alkalis, cryogenic fluids, oxygen, chlorine gas and disallowable polluted medium etc.
Expanded PTFE gasket is a replacement of asbestos. It is anti-creeping, anti-cold-flow, anti-low-temperature. Under small pre-stress force, it can bear great internal pressure even in an environment of changing pressure. It is the best suit the condition with rough and fragile flange and alternately-changing temperature.
