? Lithium Thionyl Chloride has the highest energy density of any practical Lithium battery chemistry, three times greater than Alkaline (Zinc Manganese Dioxide) batteries. It also has the widest operating temperature range of -76F to + 185 F. Self discharge is low at less than 1% per annum at +68F, giving an effective shelf life of 10 years.

Starting from IQC - Inspection and control over all incoming materials and components. This is to make sure that only quality supplies flow into each production run, while the defective materials are identified, rejected and reported to our vendors, giving them a chance to improve in the next delivery. Then IPQC - which exercises process control over all of our manufacturing processes. Statistical Process Control (SPC) method is used to monitor each job station, especially the critical ones.
