CAMINIX-- JLA Valve Test Bench for safety valve
Summary
JLA type safety valve performance test table is the first JLA type safety valve performance test table designed and developed by the scientific and technical personnel of our company according to the requirements of national standard GB/T13927-92 and ZBJ16006-90, combining our technical experience of valve test equipments for many years. The machine is appraised by experts after being used in Maoming petrochemical inspection and repairing company and Zhenhai oil refining factory. The test table dispenses with the traditional high-pressure gas tank with huge volume, it only to be provided with gas source of 0.6MPAa normalgas pump. It will automatically adjust to 0.6-32.0 MPa gas source by the machine, it is applicable to the setting up, open and close, blowdown pressure tests of safety valve with inside nominal diameter DN15-300mm. It has the characters such as stable performance, convenient usage, high level of automation and precise measured data.
Remarks: the pressure feeding range of YFC-A (normal type) safety valve performance test table should be prepared by the user, and use it according to this manual. There is no other using manual provided.

Work Principle and structure
JLA type safety valve performance test table is combing the mechanical, electric and hydraulic machine together, with gas as the test medium, increasing the pressure by linkage of gas and liquid, provided with multi-stage pressure increasing device system. The function fulfills the test pressure needed in the test. The clamp of work piece is oriented by the flange end surface of tested valve,hydraulic cylinder clamp claw clamp the backside of flange. There is no effect of external force to the tested valve, completely fulfill the requirements of valve test and inspection stipulated by national standards.

The machine is composed of hydraulic system, mechanical part, electric control and multi step gas source device system. Hydraulic system is the main source of power of the test table. The clamp claw is driven by hydraulic cylinder directly. Axial clamp pressure is adjusted and increased according to different testing pressure class (maximum hydraulic pressure increase pressure is 31.5 MPa). Every clamp claw is force evenly and reliably. The radial movement is driven by hydraulic cylinder, every clamp claw

forward and back at the same time, flexibly and fast, ensure the usage of valves with different latus rectum. Multistep gas source pressure increasing device adopts liquid and gas linkage to increase pressure. The range is 0.6-32.0 Mpa, used for valve medium pressure test. There are alternative auto and manual operation. When choosing auto pressure increase, the operator can leave the control panel and observe the test situation in near distance.

The safety device of the test table is controlled and increased pressure by gas source regulating valve during gas source pressure increase. The electric contact pressure meter indicate stop machine.

Cautions and safety requirements


1、 the hydraulic control system and worktable should leave certain distance during installation of equipment, the space between should not less than 500mm. Adjust the installation level and fix the foot screw by concrete.

2、 add 30-40# hydraulic oil into cylinder, the oil quantity should not less than lower limit of the oil level meter.

3、 connect the power; press the start button of the oil pump. Check the rotating direction of the motor to see whether it is no-load running correctly (clockwise) for 5-10 minutes. Adjust the pressure of oil pump to 5.0Mpa to test the machine in every motion; check whether there is leakage in the pipes. If abnormal situation is found, stop the machine and solve the problem immediately.

4&#12289; adjust the pressure according to the tested valve?s testing pressure during testing, refer to the pressure value of hydraulic clamp system in <clamp cylinder needed pressure reference list>. It is not allowed to adjust the pressure too high and prevent the valve to be damaged and distorted.

5&#12289; Adjust the electric contact pressure gauge and tested valve to the same before hydraulic pressure feeding water pump, then start to work. The high pressure test should refer to <liquid and gas linkage pressure adjustment reference list>, and then perform pressure increase, when the pressure reach to desired value, the oil pump stops automatically.

6&#12289; Air filter should be examined and exhausted at on and off duty. The exhausted holes at pipe gas tank, should be exhausted regularly every week.

7&#12289; the test table sealing-disk and tested valve contacting surface should keep clean. Oil or other foreign objects are not allowed. People are forbidden to close to the machine during operation.

8&#12289; the hydraulic oil should be examined and replaced regularly. As for the equipment put into usage newly, first time should clean the cylinder and change the oil 5-6 months later. The oil temperature in the cylinder should not exceed 60&#8451;.

9&#12289; the operation disobeying the stipulations is not allowed.

CAMINIX--JLD TYPE Butterfly Valve Hydraulic Test bench
Working principie and using method of the JLD type hydraulic butterfly valve test desk

JLD type butterfly valve test desk is the testing equipment exclusively for butterfly valve performance test. The machineintegrates the mechanical, electric, hydraulic and hydrodynamic pressure feed device circulating water system. The clamp claw of the test desk realize the test by clamping the butterfly valve through being driven by cylinder, making each claw stressed evenly and reliably. The function of moving towards radial direction of the clamp claw adopts cylinder and connecting rod level to realize the synchronous movement, ensuring the tests of butterfly valves of different latus rectum. When test on sealing, clamp the flange of the butterfly valve with flange, clamping the butterfly valve surface can test the butterfly valve without flange. The machine can directly observe whether there is leakage or bubbling in the cavity of the butterfly valve. If testing on intensity, cover the sealing blank plate.Torque test and test of open and close in 90~ of the electric device can be performed on the machine. The machine is provided with
hydraulic water-supply pump. The medium can be stored used circularly. When using clean water, it should add antirust to prevent the valve rust after test and influence the using performance of the hydraulic pressure-feeding device.

Using method:
1&#12289; inject 30#-40#hydraulic oil or 20# mechanical oil into the cylinder of hydraulic system, the oil amount should not less than the lower limitation of the oil level indicator.
2&#12289; connect the power, push the start button of the oil pump, and check whether the rotating direction of the motor is correct.
(Clockwise)
3&#12289; adjust the pressure of hydraulic system to 5.0Mpa to work normally.
4&#12289; working procedure: (1) inch the clamp claw to the maximum position; (2) put the tested butterfly valve on the center of thesealing disk of work table; (3) inch the clamp claw to the needed position on the tested butterfly valve; (4) inch the clamp claw, clampthe tested butterfly valve (flange or surface); (5) press pressure increasing button to the desired pressure (clamp cylinder neededpressure reference list) (stick on the machine). Pressure-increasing button can be inched for many times with the interval of 3seconds between inching (when first inching can not reach the desired pressure). The maximum pressure is 32Mpa; (6) test thetested butterfly valve with water pressure and air pressure; (7) open the water or air outlet switch to let go the pressure after test; (8)press the release buttons by turns to take the tested valve down.



Use attention and requirement
1&#12289;Installation of equipment: adjust the allocation level of the equipment or fix the foundation bolts by concrete.
2&#12289; adopt N32-46# normal hydraulic oil, N32-46# antifriction hydraulic oil or 20-30# mechanical oil, inject into the cylinder, the quantity of the oil should not less than the lower limitation of the oil level gauge.
3&#12289; connect the power; press the start button of the oil pump. Check the rotating direction of the motor to see whether it is no-load running correctly (clockwise) for 5-10 minutes. Adjust the pressure of oil pump to 5.0Mpa to test the machine in every motion; check whether there is leakage in the pipes. If abnormal situation is found, stop the machine and solve the problem immediately.
4&#12289; medium of test: water is widely used because it is convenient and has no pollution to the environment. Make sure the tested valve won?t be corrupted. Add antirust into the water tank or use normal oil as test medium.
5&#12289; adjust the pressure according to the tested valve?s testing pressure during testing, refer to the pressure value of hydraulic clamp system in <clamp cylinder needed pressure reference list>. It is not allowed to adjust the pressure too high and prevent the valve to be damaged and distorted.
6&#12289; Adjust the electric contact pressure gauge and tested valve to the same before hydraulic pressure feeding water pump, then start to work.
Do not hammer the cast iron valve. The operators should pay attention to safety during test and operate correctly; especially pay attention to the pressure of medium during cast iron valve test, it may cause damage. Exhaust the inner pressure of the valve before loose the axial press.
7&#12289;The pressure gauge of the pressure test device should be verified by the local calibration authority, and its certificate of conformity should within the useful life. The range of pressure gauge should not less than the tested pressure by 1.5 times. The precision should not lower than 1.5 Class.
8&#12289; Cautions
&#9312;Work surface of test table should keep clean. Foreign objects are not allowed between flange of tested valve and sealing disk.Often check whether the O shaped loop is damaged.
&#9313;All the moving parts of the test table should be lubricated often, keep it clean and lubricated.
&#9314;the hydraulic oil should be examined and replaced regularly. As for the equipment put into usage newly, first time should cleanthe cylinder and change the oil 3 months later, and then clean it and replace the oil once per year. The quantity of oil should not less than the lower limitation of the oil gauge. The oil temperature in the cylinder should not exceed 55&#8451;.

Work principle and structure
JLT type testing bench do performance test to various valves with the method combined active claw and hydraulic ressureo cylinder, no outer force to tested valve that affect the testing result, accord with the testing requirements of national standard.
The structure of this machine is composed of hydraulic system and electric control system, working bench impact setting and hydraulic supplying quipment and medium circulation system. The workbench impact setting drives with hydraulic cylinder to realize every claw under equal force, the clamping is credible. The radial movement function of clamping equipment is composed of cylinder drive connection-rod, to realize synchro movement for every claw. The top of work bench clamping equipment sets with beam and main pole. The upper hydraulic cylinder top pressure on the beam will realize the ntension test for various different valves.
This machine can test the airproof performance and intension performance for water, air and oil.
This machine takes valve flange face as airproof orientation; the radial moving claw in the working bench will control the size off lange of tested valve, then adopts the method of clamping the back of flange with axial claw impacting valve to realize airproof test to various valves with different DIN.

Use attention and requirement
1&#12289; Installation: check the level of installation or use concrete to fasten root bolt.
2&#12289; Choose N32-46# common hydraulic oil, N32-46 # anti-mull hydraulic oil or 20-30 # mechanical oil to pour into the oil tank, the oil volume can?t be lower than the lower limit of oil guage.
3&#12289; Connect to the electric power, press the start button of oil pump, check the moving direction of electric machine is whether right (Clockwise), after 5-10 minutes? empty loading running, adjust the pressure of oil pump to 5.0Mpa. Check every pipeline is whether leakage, if there is any bad phenomenon please stop the machine rightly.
4&#12289; The testing medium: the water has the advantages of convenient and no pollution, so it is widely used. Make sure it won?t rust the tested valve and meets the requirement of testing medium. Add antirust in the water tank or use oil as testing medium.
5&#12289;When test the valve, increase pressure adjusting according to the hydraulic clamp system pressure valve of <<Compressed Cylinder Pressure Contrast Sheet>>, prohibit the increased pressure too high and prevent the tested valve distort.
6&#12289; Before the hydraulic supplying water pump starts work, adjust the electric connecting pressure table to be same as the pressure of tested valve, then starts work. The casting steel valve can?t be hammered, during the test, the operator should use rightly and pay attention to safe, especially notice the pressure of medium can?t be too high, after the testing finishes, drain the exterior valve ten relax radial pressure machine.
7&#12289; The pressure table of testing equipment should be appraised by local computation department and the qualified certificate should be within validity, the range of pressure table can?t be 1.5 times lower than testing pressure, the precision can?t be lower than 1.5 grade.
8&#12289;Attention
A&#12289;The test bench should be kept clean and dry, it is not allowed sundries in the flange of tested valve, check the O loop is whether damaged.
B&#12289;Add oil to every active department of test bench, keep using clean lubricant.
C&#12289;The hydraulic oil should be checked periodic and replace the new equipment on stream, clean the oil tank every 3 month and replace new oil, later clean and replace one time every year, the oil volume can?t be lower than the lower limit of oil gauge, the temperature ofoil tank can?t be exceed 55&#8451;.

Work principle and structure
