2. After receiving the feedback of the customer, contacting as many manufactures as we can, to ask and negotiate their prices, lead time, terms of payment etc. on behalf of the customer. Then send a formal report to customers.
3. If customers want to visit the factories, we can arrange the whole thing. Kindly please refer to "Business trip guide". Or we can go to the factories and undertake a factory evaluation for the customers.
4. After customer's confirmation, on behalf of the customer, we act as customer's buying office to communicate with the suppliers, including sample production, signing of contract ,follow-up of the whole massive production, the control of quality and lead time etc. Or the customer can contact the suppliers directly , in this case, we can pass all the relative information to the customer.
5. Pre-production, during the production and pre-shipment, we can visit the factories to inspect the goods.
6. We can provide the supervision of container loading and arrange the shipments exactly according to customer's requirements.
7. We also can assist the customer to settle disputes with the suppliers.
