Coated Alkali Resistant Mesh
Allkali resistant fiberglass mesh woven by textile glass and coated by acrylic polymer. The product have high strength, alkali resistance and thermal insulation properties make it an idea reinforcement material for different type of applications. It’s widely used in reinforcing wall, plasterboard, marble and mosaic and exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS).

Chopped strand mat
Chopped strand mat is made of chopped strands of 50mm in length, which are evenly dispersed and bonded together with polyester binder. It is mainly used in hand lay-up processes.
The end products are laminates, boats, sanitary equipments, automotive parts, cooling towers, etc.

Self-adhesive Fiberglass Drywall Joint Mesh Tape
Application:
virtually any commercial or residential application of drywall finishing repairing the cracks and joints or holes of drywall,plasterboard,stucco and the other surface.
Performance include:
Self-adhesive, faster application, no pre-plastering required, easy to apply, resists cracking, do no rot,no blisters or bubbles, more environmentally-friendly job.It won't tear, shrink, stretch or bubble, while it hides joints, cracks and holes permanently.
Specification:
Width (mm): 25,35, 48,50, 100, 150, 200,1000.
Length (m): 10,20,30, 45, 90, 153
Mass:55---85g/sq.meter.
Mesh: 8 × 8 or 9 × 9mesh/inch.
Colour:white,yellow,blue etc..
Drywall seaming tapes as well as private label and unlabeled tapes.
Each roll is shrink-wrapped, or plastic hand bag.
Other specification are available upon request.
Testing standard: ASTM-D579
How to use:
1. Wall must be clean and dry;
2. center and apply tape over the length of the joint and pressing firmly;
3. apply a generous first coat of compound over the tape and through the mesh,making sure to completely fill the joint crevice. When the joint has been completely filled, wipe off any excess compound with the drywall knife leaving enough to cover the tape.
4. Let dry completely, then sand slightly.
5. apply sufficient thin finishing coats to produce a smooth wall surface.
6. cut of butted boards do not have a tapered edge. Therefore, special care must be taken to assure proper compound penetration of all joints. This may result in slight build-up of compound that will require an increased amount of edge feathering.
Caution:
* Failure to completely fill the joint may result in cracking.
* For best results, use a setting-type compound.

修补干板墙、石膏板接缝、各种墙体的裂缝及其它墙面破损 。
主要性能：
优良的耐碱性，经久耐用；高抗拉强度和抗变形性，防裂纹；不变质，不起泡沫；优秀的自粘性，不需要预先上底涂，使用快捷，施工简便。
规格：
8 × 8，9 × 9目/英寸；55—85克/平方米。通常为白色。
宽度： 25—1000毫米；长度：10—153米。
特殊规格及尺寸可按客户要求定做。
施工方法：
1．墙面保持清洁和干燥。
2．在裂缝处贴上胶带并压紧。
3．确认缝隙已被胶带盖住，然后用刀把多余的胶带切断，最后刷上灰浆。
4．让其自然风干，然后轻轻打磨。
5．填充足够的涂料，使其表面光滑。
6．切除漏出的胶带，然后，注意所有的裂缝都已得到适当的修补，用细微的复合材料将补缝周围修饰，使其光洁如新。
注意：
1．没有完全的修补将会有裂缝产生。
2．为了效果更好，请选用凝态复合物。

They are made of yarn or roving by means of leno or plain weave.The diameter of elementary glass fibres varies between 9 and 17 micron . Mesh fabrics combined with specially designed mesh surface treatments can be used in a wide range of applications,but are mainly used in construction industry. Surface treatments based on styrene-butadiene ensure alkali resistance and increase the mechanical durability that is required by the construction industry. In addition,other surface treatments based on PVAc ,PVC or styrene-acrylate are used for different applications.
