*Product Description
We noticed that pulse-air jet type bagfilter mostly used nowadays
-Condensed water and oil mist mixed in the high pressure Pulse-air accelerates choking the surface of bags and shorten the lifetime of bags,
-In spite of using very high-pressure pulse-air(5~6kgf/§²), the pulse is so weak that it can't get rid of the dust heaped up on the surface of bags between the pulses period. As a result, the performance is lowered, and so on¡¦.
We start to introduce the new device
-We arranged all nozzles through Air tank in vertical line top of the bags, installed the double diaphragm valve above the nozzles so that the low-pressure air(0.5kgf/§²) can make the strong pulses. The time kit gives the signal to this diaphragm valve that is opened in that short time(0.2-0.3 seconds) and then the compressed air(0.5kgf/§²) is flowed through the nozzle in the very close way. At the edge of the nozzle air flows above the speed of sound and a shock wave is produced, that spreads through inside the bags, effectively sweeps away the dust like tapping the back of the bag, so continuously maintains the differential pressure to low level¡¦(No.082637 Patent Registered)
-Because of the low-pressure air(0.5kgf/§²), it is possible to use the roots blower or ring blower as the source of the low pressure pulse air or to decompress the compressed air available in the factory to 0.5kgf/§². By the way, the problems with condensation water and oil mist mixed in the high pressure air are solved and the choking trouble of the bags happens very slowly.
-Because the air entrance of the dust collector is a cyclone type, at first the comparatively bigger particles of dust are separated there. At the second time the finer particles float and reach to the upper bags therefore the dust load of to the bags is diminished.
-The plate where bags are installed can be rotated, it is very convenient to change the bags without going into a dust collector. (No.144179 Patent Registered)
