shaft cover are made of P-Polyphenyl Polytetrafluoroethylene (Thermosetting plastic). This plastic has many excellent characters especially in temperature and chemical resistance.
Properties of P-Polyphenyl-PTFE
1. Appearance: Brown, Opaque, no flaw, very smooth.
2. Density: 2.2
3. Compressive Strength: 350kgs/cm 2 (23 C )
4. Upper working temperature : 300 -320 C
5. Tensile Strength: 213kgs/ cm 2

We use P-Polyphenyl-PTFE in many field such as light industry, petrochemistry industry, iron and steel industry, spinning industry,
mechanical industry and print industry. It performs very excellent in many inclement environment. Experiments have proved that
P-Polyphenyl is a better stuffing for Polytetrafluoroethylene than other materials such as molybdenum bisulfide and graphite.

Flexible Graphite Yarn
In order to manufacture different kinds of reinforced flexible graphite yarns to be used for making different kinds flexible graphited packings, we use flexible graphited as basic material, mixing with natural fiber, metal alloy wire (respectively) and proper binding agent, then through specially designed technological process. The packing made of these flexible yarns reinforced by different media, circumstance, temperature and pressure. Furthermore, for using these products under severely corrosion can be added into the graphited yarns for making the properties of the graphite sealing parts more perfect.

Flexible Graphite Packing
The packing braided by technology of braiding around a core (or cores) or mutipie sieve braid etc. with WLT-013 series flexible graphite yarn, have there perfect safe properties on sealing. They are the best composite parts for solving sealing problem. In addition, according to conditions of different corrosive circumstances and customer's demands, the packing can be treaded with inhibitions of corrosin to make their anticorrosive property better. Reinforced Graphite Gasket
Graphite gaskets are cut from pure graphite sheet or graphite sheet with metal reinforcement, features excellent corrosion-resistance, high-and-low temperature resistance, good compression resilient and high internsity it can be used as sealing elements of pipe, valve, pump, pressure vessel, heat exchanger and condenser, etc. Other complex gaskets such as water gauge gasket and flange gasket with bolt holes are available.
