Type YH604 High-Performance Bellows Seals
Xi'an Yonghua's Type YH604 is the leading seal of choice for demanding, high-temperature applications. Available in either AM350 or Inconel 718, its high strength design provides maximum reliability. The stationary bellows design accommodates high shaft speeds (up to 50 mps/10,000 sfpm) and high shaft-to-box misalignment.
Unlike rotating seals that must flex on every revolution to accommodate shaft-to-box misalignment, the stationary YH604 adapts to this misalignment by flexing only once during installation. This reduces seal movement, resulting in increased seal life.
The seal faces are extremely stable and remain in close contact, reducing minute leakage and subsequent carbonization (coking) or crystallization. Premature seal failure is eliminated and MTBPM is maximized, The Type YH604 has been tested per API-682 Type C seals for high-temperature hydrocarbon services. Its excellent performance history has made it the preferred seal for high-temperature fluid applications.

Xi'an Yonghua's Type YH670 is an all-Hastelloy C, rotating bellows seal, providing high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. It is extremely durable in seal applications where temperature and product concentrations result in an aggressive environment.
The Type YH670 has been tested per API-682 Type B seals for low-temperature refinery services. Other common applications include acids, caustics, amines, and products with H2S, such as sour water and sour hydrocarbons.
The Type YH670 can be designed as a dual seal using a non pressurized buffer or pressurized barrier fluid. A pumping ring recalculates barrier fluid, assuring cooler operating temperatures and extended reliable performance. For an additional lever of environmental and safety control, it can be combined with our YTS-1, which controls fugitive emissions.
