Braided Graphite Tape Inconel Reinforced. Packing
Properties: Style 3310 is a very versatile gasket material for static applications. It has excellent temperature resistance and can be used with a wide variety of media. It comes in the following different cross-sections: 15 x 4mm, 25 x 3mm, 20 x 4mm, 30 x 4,5mm, 40 x 5mm, 25 x 6mm and 50 x 6mm. Available with or without adhesive backing. Also available without Inconel reinforcement as style 3300.
Application areas: Static seal for metallic and non-metallic flanges, lids, covers, hatches, reactors, autoclaves, heaters, etc.
Application media: Suitable for most media in a wide variety of processes, including steam, fuel, gases, mineral and synthetic oils, effluents, condensate, process water, etc.
Advantages: Will easily form an endless seal. Because of the suppleness of the expanded graphite, style 3310 will conform perfectly to any dimension and shape. Easy and quick to install. Can be used throughout a plant because of extremely high thermal and chemical resistance. Also available with adhesive backing for easy application to sealing surface.
Not suitable for: Highly oxidizing media.

Braided from Aramid fibers with a high content of PTFE Graphite. The Aramid filament at the end of the packing confers it to a high abrasion resistance, greater stability packing even at high pressures. This Packing is highly suitable for high pressures, high speeds and gives excellent results with abrasive particles in media like mine dewatering pumps and reciprocating pumps.

YL-1112 EXPANDED GRAPHITE BRAIDED PACKING
Expanded graphite braided packing is made of YL-1272 expanded graphite
yarn braids, and is resistant to heat and chemicals, and tight in sealing. This material is used in the steam valves of power plants, as static sealing in high temperature and pressure conditions, and in applications where chemical corrosion (except concentrated sulfuric acid or strong oxidizing agents) prevails.

PTFE Packing
It is a braided packing made of pure PTFE thin yarns fiber, almost complete chemical inertia, dimensional stability, low friction coefficient to compression, and excellent. Resistance to compression are qualities classifying this packing among the best ones available in the industrial field. It is suitable for all the chemical compounds (excepting cast alkaline metals and the gaseous fluorine), alternative and rotary motions shafts operating at low peripheral speed, rods, pistons valve stems, expansion joints, etc.
The packing with PTFE impregnated (YP006) are also available .
