1. Jet Mill
Application: It is suitable for grinding refractories, building materials, abrasives, ceramics, chemical industries, medicine, food, pesticide and other dry materials.
Feature: Ultra fine dry grinding materials.
Reduce materials of any hardness to extremely fine powders ranging from 5-280¦Ìm. No oversize particles.
Extremely little abrasion even when processing strongly hard materials.
High purity for no medium and materials are mutual collision.
Very low noise emission. No pollution.
Up to 30-40% less energy consumption compared to other jet mill.
2. Classifier
Feature: High classifying precision and efficiency
Occupying a small area and short production cycle
Operating under negative pressure which prevents powder leaking
Low noise and fine production environment
Convenient wheel is installed horizontally which guarantee precise apex cutting size, free from oversize particles.
Application: Abrasive, heavy calcium, talcum, refractory, industrial chemicals(toner,additive,fluorescent materials,etc)medicines, pesticides, etc. It is suitable for separating fine powder from materials by various different equipment. You can utilize FJJ to eliminate over fine particles and separate powder material into several s particle size grades.
3. Classificator
Application: The range of application includes medicine, chemicals industries, building materials, plastic packing, paper
Making, metallurgy, abrasive, etc.
Feature: Wide application, mainly to purify and separate fine materials from coarse materials
Considerable low energy consumption and high efficiency
Production example: Talc
End products fineness: 5¦Ìm
Energy consumption: 48kw
Throughput: 2000kg/h
