d) Barrel Feed Zone Cooling : Water cooling jacket near Feed Zone with water inlet & outlet.

f) Gear Box : Helical Speed Reduction Gear Box with Built in Thrust Box.
2. Temperature Control Panel : Temperature Control Panel having:-

b) 1Temperature Controllers with only Heater O/P for Die/Adapter Heating.

5. Catterpuller : Catterpuller with endless grooved rubber belt 10cm wide is driven by 2 HP
AC Electric Motor through Speed Reduction Gear & Thyristored Variable
