Knit Peach Machine
The Features of KNIIT PEACH SKIN MACHINE
1. The speed of main roller, controlled by the motor, can be changeable so that various fabrics can be treated with this buffing machine.
2. The main roller is specifically designed to cool the heat that is created from the roller sand paper by a water cooling system.
3. The main roller can traverse to the left and right automatically to accommodate the size of sand paper width for example : 100mm, 150mm, 300mm, 600mm, etc..
This can be determined according to the characteristic's of the fabric's.
4. The kind of fabrics which can be treatable by this machine include various ranges of fabrics such as : 100% cotton, t/c ,n/c, etc..
5. The dust suction facility is attached to main roller, brush roller and 125 diameter roller.
6. The electric device which is included in the central control system is very easy for the operator to handle.
7. The distance between the main roller and the fabric processing aspect can be adjustable to the extent of 2/100mm tolerance, very precisely.
8. The textar guider allows the fabrics to spread evenly the fabrics are warped.
It is also monitors the correct position of the fabrics to allow alignment into the centre of the machine.
9. The speed of processing fabrics is : 5¡Â60yd/min.
