Rolling Linear Guide(HJG-D)
Linear guide prevails in today's machineryas it has the characteristics such as long durability, high precision, fast speed and little energy consumption.
HJG-D consists of a long rail and a ball slider. Four parallel gothic arch grooves extend along both sides of the rail and insides of the ball slider so that the balls have good liner contact in motion. By a specially designed channel in the end cap the balls can be continuously recirculated. The preload is given by oversized balls before shipping, therefore, it needs no adjustment.
Accurate mounting is achieved by tightenning the bolts or pressing plates in the table and bed.
HJG-D has obtained good effects and excellent evaluation after using in products of NC machine tools, precision measuring instruments and NC wire-cut EDM etc. both at home and abroad.
