Chlorinator Electrolyzer
We do design, fabrication and erection of electro-chlorination electrolyzer cell assembly and its spares for the capacity from 15 Gms. Sodium hypochlorite per hr. to 1000 Gms. / hr. for general application and higher capacity with multifold cell assembly [more than 250 kg/hr.] for industrial / commercial application. Bi-polar, Mono-polar & Reverse polarization cell assembly is in our scope. In normal, we do design the anode for 3.5 to 4.0-cell voltage, with the coating life guarantee of 3 to 5 years, depends on the current density and material of construction [sheet, mesh or pipe]. An R.P cell is guaranteed up to 1.5 years, or depends on the operating conditions.
Our electrodes are manufactured form titanium sheet, mesh, plate, rod, wire, tube, pipe and the combination of all the above, confirming to ASTM B 265, 348 & 337 or 338 gr.1 & 2. Electrodes are to be coated with metal mixed oxide & platinum in the thickness of minimum 6-micron. MMO contain Ir, Ru, Pd, or mix of all. Platinum plating is to be done as per the requirement.

Rubber Machine
This vulcanizing machine is used for all kinds of vulcanizing mould, rubber and plastic mould products, and non-mould products.
Being a column structure and downward pressing type, the heating plate opens by the self-weight of the heating plate, platform and plunger. The rising of the plunger makes the heating plate close while the hydraulic oil provides the pressure.
This engine base is combined together with the cylinder and base frame, which is made of ductile iron to increase the cylinder intensity and a brad ability. The cylinder is fitted with the sealing washer made of the oil-resisting rubber for the sealing purpose.
By moving the operational handle of the control valve to the two different positions, the heating plate can open and close.
It uses the electric pipe for heating, thus makes the workshop clean with easy and reliable operation.
