Automobile bearings

Bearings for material handling system

Deep groove ball bearing
Deep groove ball bearings which can not be dismantled can bear both axial and radial loading with a high rotation speed. The closed bearing help the bearing save maintenance and make the structure easy.
Angular contact ball bearing
Angular contact ball bearings can bear not only axail but also radial loading capacity.Though only bearing unilateral axial loading capacity, they can be used together with the bearings bears opposite axial loading capacity. Angular contact ball bearings, with a limit ability to self-aligning,can not be dismantled.
Needle roller bearings
The outer rings of this needle bearings and bearings case are interference fitted without axial fixed settings. The effcient capacity can be maintained even if in the condition of high speed and huge loading capacity .
Water pump bearings
Water pump bearings is a double supporting bearing with a simplified structure, which constitutes no inner ring for the two supporting bearing, groove for rolling element directly made on the shaft, the outer rings of the two bearings made to a unity and two sides of the bearing closed by rubber seals.In the condition of same loading capacity, the radial dimensions are usually smaller than those of same kind; while in the condition of same radial dimensions, the loading capacity is usually heavier. Because of its good steel capacity and easy rotation and structure, they are used by many developed countries including USA, Japan, Germany and so on.
Self-aligning ball bearings
Self-aligning ball bearings are double row bearings with spherical outer ring groove with aligning ability to compensate middle error, shaft deformation and housing deformation.The bearings can not be dismantled with cylindrical or tapered bore.
Thrust ball bearings
This kind of bearing is able to bear axial loading capacity in 2 directions and limit the axial movement of shaft or outer shell in 2 directions.Inclining to the shaft of outer shell bore is not allowed in assembling.
Spherical roller bearing
Spherical roller bearings, designed to apply for heavy loading capacity, can compensate for shaft deformation and non-centered error with symmetrical doulbe row spherical rollers self-aligning in the groove of the outer ring.
Taper roller bearings
Taper roller bearings can be dismantled, whose inner ring, assembly part made by rollers and cage, outer rings can be separately assembled. The amendatory contact line in the contact place of rollers and grooves can reduce the concentration of stress. Taper roller bearings, which can bear not only heavy axial but also heavy radial loading capacity, need to be used together with a symmetrically assembled one to transfer the opposite axial loading because of its just ability of transferring the unilateral axial loading capacity.
Pillow blocks
Pillow blocks are advanced applied in places with simple equipment and spare parts, such as agricultural machines, convey system or construction machines.One unit of pillow block consists of a deep groove ball bearings with a spherical outer rings closed in double sides and a housing made by gray cast iron or punches steel.
Sphericcal plain bearings
Spherical plain bearings, a kind of special sliding bearing,which can bear quite heavy loading capacity, are with a simple structure made of outer-spherical inner ring and inner-spherical outer ring. In accordance with different type and structure, this kind of bearing can afford loading capacity of radial, axial and combined directions.As used in swaying movement in low speed (that is angular movement), it can still work.
Linear bearings
Linear bearings, manufactured with low cost, are used in limitless journey or used to work in column.As loading ball contacts the shaft at certain point, the bearing application loading capacity is quite small. With rotation of ball with a quite slight friction resistance, high-precise level movement can be obtained. Linear bearings are widely used in precise equipments such as electronic equipment, pull measuring machine,numeralization 3-D measuring equipment, etc; and slip part of industrial machines such as multi-shaft machine, punching machine, tool grinder, auto steam cutting machine, printer, card selection machine, food packing machine and so on.
SL series roller bearings
SL series roller bearings SL0450 and SL 04 series ,the bearing with single face or doube face sealing are positioning bearings of two line and full-rollers. A complete unit is directly assembled with inner ring ,roller and outer ring, The cylindrical rollers are guided by the inner retaining edge while there is a entity middle retaining edge on the outer ring .There are two circle groove on the outer surface .It is easily positioned in axilal direction with the stopping ring ,The seat width may be smaller than the width of the bearing so as to reduce the axial directional space requirement.
