It also produces high-pressure springs, suspension springs for various automobiles and mini-automobiles, front and back damper spring for motor bicycles, brake springs for camions. The specifications of steel material diversify from 0.2 to 75 mm. They use recantation steel, flat steel, all kinds of stainless steel and Sn-Bronze as the raw material.
Producing equipment: It has computer-controlled automatic spring rollers, universal automatic spring rollers with diversified specifications, advanced net-bell glowing furnace and tempering furnace; surface grinding machine, steel cutting machine, hydraulic press machine, etc. Examining equipment: The factory has anti-pull reverse curve examining machines, fatigue testing machines, testing machines for chemical examination, golden appearance, flaw detections and so on.
