1. INTRODUCTION-

In the beginning of the establishment with the capital (U$50thousands), we started the business as the distributor of cold rolled stainless steel in coil, and acted as the agent of coil center.
As our business was prosperous, we diverted our business to directly process the prime stainless steel into the precision slitting business. We devoted ourselves to technical developments for slitting and studying technical know-how from Japan.
Due to our continuous efforts and ardor, we could hold our own technology of slitting process in precision without any assistance We also focused on managing the man-power to improve the quality and reduce the rate of low grade material.
Our quality and management have been strictly controlled by the regulation of ISO9001/2.
Through this kind of strict quality managements and the attitude of our workers toward the pursuit of producing the best, we could have been a splendid sale and enjoyed a good reputation from our customer in domestic and worldwide.
In 2001, we established our subsidiary company “DAIMYUNG SMCÿFFFF94 (herein after named as SMC) which equipped with the mill- line and provided the prime material directly for us to save the unnecessary process and meet the on-time delivery. It also devoted his business into the Nickel Alloy to replace the imported from Japan
Being recognized for our technology and sales activity by korea trade association, We were also nominated as the most promising Exported –oriented small and medium-size enterprise in 2002 by the local government. And the export prize of U$5millions was awarded by the korea trade association in Nov. 2003 from starting export in 1999.
2. THE RANGE OF OUR PRODUCTS-
The products manufactured by us have been applied to the various industrial area.
Which requests the precise process of slitting such as syringe needle, electrical part, lead-frame for semi conductor and bellows for auto mobile so on.
The range of thickness of Slitting is from 0.02 to 4.0mm with tight tolerance. (More details is described in our catalogue.)
Equipping with full set of working process line from mill line to slitting process,
we can supply final size of strips on your request.
For the strips which application for hypodermic syringe needle, this technology was transferred from Japan. But now we have been exporting this product to JAPAN, EUROPE, HUNGARY, RUSSIA market. This is the proof our quality turns out to be good at the competitive price.
Our subsidiary company “SMCÿFFFF94 also produced shadow mask which succeeded in replacing the imported by localization of this material and has supplied to the local manufacturer of CRT.
