Properties: Light cream powder. Specific gravity: 1.40.
Application: Developed to replace thiurams such as Willing TMTD where the presence of nitrosamines is of concern. The dibenzylnitrosamine is not carcinogenic according to published literature. A fast curing primary or secondary accelerator in NR, SBR and NBR applications. Be safer to process, providing longer scorch times than Willing TMTD. Soldom used as retarder in the vulcanisation of polychloroprene rubber.
Packaging: 20kg bag.

Application: Generally used as a secondary accelerator or as a booster for sulphenamides to achieve faster cure rate. Distinguished by very good processing safety in comparison with other thiurams, high curing activity and no discoloration. No cure actinty in the absence of added elemental sulphur. An excellent accelerator for polychloroprene in association with Willing DPG and Sulphur.

Properties: No odor and poison. Irritating to the skin and the respiratory tract. Specific gravity: 1.38--1.44. Soluble in chloroform, acetone, benzene; hardly soluble in carbon tetrachloride, ethyl alcohol & insoluble in water or gasoline.
Application: Can be used as a single accelerator, as a secondary accelerator or as a sulphur donor in most sulphur-cured elastomers. Scorchy and gives fast cure rates. Produces an excellent vulcanisation plateau with good heat aging and compression set resistance In sulphurless and EV cure systems. Good color retention is obtained in non-black vulcanisation. A valuable secondary accelerator for EPDM. May be used as a retarder in the vulcanisation of polychloroprene rubber with Willing ETU.
