Company Profile

Jiangyin No.5 Yarn Dyed Weaving Mill is located in Yangtze Delta on adjacent with Shanghai, Wuxi, Changzhou, and Jiangyin Bridge therefore enjoying convenient accesses to Yangtze River, expressways and railways. With 25,000 square meters of land and 600 employees, our factory specializes in dying, yarn slurrying and textiles and garments production. Since the establishment in 1980s, our plant has engaged in producing fabric for shirts as well as dying yarn for more than 20 years. Currently, we have 200 rapier-weaving machines used to produce various yarn dyed fabric such as cotton, P/C, acrylic and spandex fabric. Our annual output is approximately 8,000,000 meters and most of them are exported to overseas markets. Besides, we introduced 12 sets of dying equipment supplied with dye vats of different specifications varying from 5 to 1,000 kilograms. These machines enable us to meet different requirements about product varieties, output quantity and colors. The yarn package dying machinery is able to produce yarn for weaving machines, circular weaving machines, and shuttle looms, with an 3,000 metric tons output of dyed yarn annually. All of our products have reached the international codes and standards, and comply with EU regulations over EP. That's why our products are not only welcomed by people in China, but also found popularity in foreign markets like the USA, Japan, Germany, and Canada. With principles of "quality foremost, reputation first, and customer most important", we not only produce products according to customer's order but also have thousands of samplers available for their reference.
