Youngmile Mould adopted international advanced system - CAD/CAM/CAE in mould design and processing. We use professional software such as Pro-Engineer, Solidworks, Unigraphics. [This information will show after login with premium membership]Customer provide the 2D drawing or 3D data in DXF, DWG, PRT, SAT, IGES, STEP format etc, or just send us the sample is enough for our engineering division to collect and manage the data in need. At first step:| we scan the sample and make product blueprint, after wile begin to design the mould assembly drawing just after customer confirm the blueprint, and customize the existing project. At the same time, we adopt C-mold to Simulation Analysis Cast Modeling process, to ensure the complicated requirements that Molded plastic components in the design process.[This information will show after login with premium membership]
