Now it becomes the subordinate company of Huarun machinery ores (group) Co., Ltd. Now company owns three production lines, φ76 cold draw production line, φ100 hot rolling production line, φ250 cold draw-hot rolling production line, main equipments have: 2-Roller round billet straightening machine, barker, eddy current testing, Ф630 round billet saw, annular heating furnace, PM700 2-Roller piercing, TR3-330 hydraulic pressure 3-roller round rolling machine, walking beam heating furnace, SRW-270-18 3-roller the speed scheme of driving tension reducing mill,(18 standers), electric walking beam cooler( length 6.24 meters, width 60 meters). A line of manufacturing production line equips 2 S1-401A pipe threading CNC processing lathe, DZYNJ200/20 hydraulic pressure latch, 4 1/2〃Ă—80Mpa hydraulic pressure tester, PC-180G compressed-air sign machine, power-saving automatic oilier, S8 automatic puffing number machine etc. The leading products are J55、N80 steel hot rolling oil pipeline and? finished pipeline according to the standard of API? SPEC? 5L,and bearing tube, structuring tube, low and medium-pressure boiler ,hydraulic pressure tube, hydraulic pressure using tube etc. Production specification for outer diameterφ25-φ273mm, wall-thickness 2.5mm-25mm,Finished products’ length is most 14.63 meters, and ?annual production seamless steel pipe is nearly 260,000 tons.
