Using: *photo emulsion wr rapid (blue) no.:160032h water photo emulsion, using for mesh printing-plate

Characters:
*no poisonous diazo salt photosensitive emulsion, light odor, excellent plate making functions, supply with all kinds of photosensitive emulsion, each item has good characters and functions.
*rapid exposure, large content
*high resolving power, good printing quality
*good water-tolerant and long using age of print-tolerant
*long preserve after photosensitive (solid content 42%)

Technology reference:
*sensitize: Using distilled water to dissolve high density diazonium photosensitive powder, then slowly add into photosensive emulsion, slowly mix well, put 4-6 hours till the bubbles disappear. Long preserve after photosensive: Sealed the cover, -10*c-+20*c can preserve 7-8 weeks

*scrib
On a piece of clean and defat dry meshed plate, scrib twice on each side of front and back( scrib frequency upon the requirement)

*dry
Drying in the ventilate oven, the temperature must be lower than 40*c in it.

*exposure
Conditions: Temperature 20*c, distance 1 meter,, meshed plate 140 (55t/cm)
Times: Halogens 2000w 60 seconds
Photochemical 75 seconds
Neon lamp 3 minute and 30 seconds
