CATALYTIC ANTIMONY TRIOXIDE


Antimony trioxide is a white fine powder with the main crystal structure as cubical shape.


Product Description:
This product used high quality antimony trioxide as the raw material and is grained by polymerization. It not only keeps special property of high quality antimony trioxide but also has not influence on producing environment and personal health because of without dust in operation


Application:
1.Mainly used as polyester catalytic in the synthetic fiber industry. It is the product with high solubility in ethylene glycol and this allows the products to be introduced into the PET reactor as a solution or suspension instead of powder form
2.It is widely used as a fire retardant in the membranes of plastics industry and the enclosures of electric devices and household electric appliances such as PVC,PP ,PE ,PS ,ABS,PU ,ect:
3.Used as filling, covering agents and retardants for rubber, ceramics, enamels,       fabrics, and fiber products.
4.Used as catalytic agent in organic synthesis.
Packing: 
Packed in 20 kilograms multiwall paper bags, 50 bags per pallet. Each pallet is stretch wrapped in polythene to prevent shifting of the bags during transit. Or as customer's requirement.

Company HistoryShenyang Huachang Antimony Chemical Limited Corporation was set up in March of 1995. At beginning we were the branch of state-owned corporation of hunan huachang Antimony Corporation. Our manager was the artificial person of hunan huachang, who was one of the stockholders of that corporation, at that time he was the branch manager. After the bankruptcy of hunan huachang, Shenyang Huachang Antimony Chemical Corporation changed into private joint-stock corporation , and we invested in hunan yiyang, antimony trioxide plant an product line were built. Now we have retained many technology personnel and engineers from hunnan huachang. Our annual production of antimony trioxide is 8000 tons. In Aug. of 2003 we cooperated with dalian organic chemical plant and set up the product line of antimony triacetate and antimony glycolate. In Nov. we set up product line of antimony trioxide flame retardant in huludao. The antimony triacetate we produced are exporting to USA, Italy, Germany, Canada, Malaysia, Estonia, Japan, Thailand, India and other countries. The reason why our headquarter corporation set up here is that we start from here and on the other hand we have built stable customer groups in northern east area of antimony trioxide. We set up plants in hunan dalian and huludao because of we take many factors into our consideration, eg, the place of raw material, technology, and tax.
