1. Multiple uses. All types of bricks you desired such as hollow blocks, perforated bricks and standard bricks can be produced with various molds.
2. High automation. It has the double function of PLC program automatic control and manual control. The process of feeding materials, molding and leading-out is carried out one after another. Thus, the operation is safe and stable, which is easy for maintenance.
3. High cost performance. It is of abundant output and high accuracy, with four standard blocks produced in every 28 seconds, 512 blocks per hour, and 26 standard bricks in every 28 seconds, 3,328 bricks per hour.
4. Excellent quality. This production line is an excellent type of mechanical transmission in the country at present.　　
(1) Production Capacity: 34,000 m3 blocks per year (double-shift operation, 116 m3 per day, 300 days a year).
Reference: It takes 140 pcs standard bricks to build a wall of 1 m2{1/ (0.12x0.06)}, and 1 m3 blocks can be used to build a wall of 5 m2 (the thickness of a standard block is 190mm). Thus, 1 m3 blocks is equal to a floorage of 700 standard bricks. The annual output is 34,000 m3 blocks.
(2) Land area: 5,000 m2 , including
* Workshop: 200 m2
* Material storage and warehouse: 400 m2
* Office: 25x2=50 m2
* Space: 4,350 m2
(3) Personnel quota: 12 people
(4) Water and power:
* Total installed capacity: 40KW* Average power consumption: 20KW/h
* Average water consumption: 5t per day
(5) Environmental protection: It conforms to the environmental protection standard with no waste water, slag and waste steam in the production process.
